We are located 20 minutes from the Fairbanks airport, offering the perfect blend of both local accessibility as well as seclusion and privacy at our hotel.
Check-in after 3:00 pmBooking Confirmation & Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount and cancellation terms vary by season (see below). All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your stay balance.
Summer Season
Check-in dates May 15 – September 15
Deposit: $100 non-refundable, due at time of booking.
Cancellation
- More than 21 days before check-in:: Full refund, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Within 21 days of check-in:: Full balance is due and non-refundable.
Winter (Aurora) Season
Check-in dates September 16 – May 14
Deposit: $250 non-refundable, due at time of booking.
Cancellation
- More than 60 days before check-in:: Full refund, minus the $250 non-refundable deposit.
- Within 60 days of check-in:: Full balance is due and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Guests may reschedule their stay with no additional fee. However, payment is due in full at time of change and is nonrefundable. Requests cannot be guaranteed but will be considered based on availability.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Fairbanks weather and travel conditions can be unpredictable. Snow, cold temperatures, summer smoke, and standard travel delays do not qualify for refunds.
In the unlikely event of severe weather or unsafe conditions that render the property uninhabitable, Wilding Hotels will assess refund or rescheduling options at its discretion.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to balance flexibility with the operational realities of a small, boutique property.
