Booking Confirmation & Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your stay balance.
Cancellation Policy
•More than 21 days before check-in: Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
• Within 21 days of check-in: The full balance is due and non-refundable. Cancellations made within this window will not be refunded.
Rescheduling Policy
Guests may reschedule their stay with no additional fee. However, payment is due in full at time of change and is nonrefundable. Requests cannot be guaranteed but will be considered based on availability.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Texas weather can be unpredictable, but rain and storms are common and do not qualify for refunds.
In the unlikely event of severe weather or unsafe conditions that render the property uninhabitable, Wilding Hotels will assess refund or rescheduling options at its discretion.
