Wilding Hotels Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Wilding Hotels Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wilding Hotels (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one winner per household.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends at [Time + Time Zone] on [End Date] (“Giveaway Period”). One (1) winner will be selected at random and announced on or around [Announcement Date] via email and through Instagram Stories from @wildinghotels.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by completing the following actions:

  • Follow @wildinghotels on Instagram and/or Facebook

  • Like and save the official giveaway post

  • Tag at least one friend in the comments (each unique comment counts as a separate entry)

Bonus Entry Opportunities:

All entries must be received before the Giveaway Period ends. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified. No purchase necessary. Limit one email entry per person.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive the following:

  • A 3-night, 4-day stay for up to 2 guests in a luxury glass cabin at Wilding Hotels – Lake Tawakoni

  • A fully stocked fridge with the winner’s grocery selections (up to $150 USD value)

  • One selected outdoor experience (options include horseback riding, fishing charter, hiking, or golfing – subject to availability)

  • A s’mores kit and an iPad loaded with meditations and soothing soundscapes

  • Optional personalized creative amenities (such as a writing desk, typewriter, whiteboard, etc.)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500 USD

Prize must be redeemed by [Redemption Deadline – suggest 6 months from end date]. Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Transportation to and from the property is not included.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted. The winner will be notified via direct message from @wildinghotels and/or via the email address provided. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or a new winner may be selected.

Wilding Hotels will never request credit card details, payment, or personal financial information. Any such request is a scam and should be reported.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wilding Hotels, its affiliates, partners, agents, employees, officers, and representatives from any and all claims, liability, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, hardware, or software failures, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed or delayed transmissions affecting entry or participation.

7. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal claims or disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Your County/State].
