Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Giveaway Description:
The giveaway is a 2-day, 1-night stay at a Wilding Hotel of your choice. The purpose of this giveaway is to gather qualified leads of potential future customers.
2. Eligibility:
To be eligible to enter the giveaway, you must be 18 years or older and reside within the United States.
3. Entry Mechanism:
To enter the giveaway, you must complete the following steps:
- Fill out the entry form with your name and email.
- Share the giveaway post on your preferred social media platform.
- Follow @wildinghotels on the social media platform used to enter.
4. Entry Period:
The entry period for this giveaway is indefinite. The giveaway will continue to run until the grand opening of Wilding Hotels in the fall of 2023. At the latest, the winner will be selected by October 1st, 2023, at noon MST.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by the owners of Wilding Hotels. The selection process will be based on their discretion.
6. Winner Notification and Verification:
The winner will be notified via email within a reasonable time after the selection. The winner must respond to the notification within a specified time period, as stated in the email, to claim the prize. The winner may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify their eligibility.
7. Prize Details:
The prize includes a 1-night accommodation at a Wilding Hotel of the winner’s choice, subject to availability. The specific details of the prize will be provided to the winner upon confirmation.
8. Publicity Release:
By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Wilding Hotels and Wilding Collective LLC permission to use their names, images, or other identifying information for marketing and promotional purposes related to the giveaway, without any further compensation.
9. Privacy and Data Collection:
Participant information collected during the giveaway will be used for marketing purposes by Wilding Hotels and Wilding Collective LLC. By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information as described.
10. Disqualification and Termination:
Wilding Hotels and Wilding Collective LLC reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the giveaway at their sole discretion. They also reserve the right to terminate or modify the giveaway in any way, including but not limited to changing the entry period, prize details, or eligibility criteria.

Wilding Hotels and Wilding Collective LLC are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may occur during the entry process.
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the prize.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wilding Hotels, Wilding Collective LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
